This year, town leaders tried to make it even bigger. I didn't want to miss out, so we went down for the festivities on Sunday afternoon and for the Parade on Monday morning.
The boys were still too little to enjoy the planned kids' activities on Sunday, but they did love running around outside, and Jeremy and I loved putting them to bed and leaving them with Haylee Floyd, while we went back out for the ABSOLUTELY AWESOME Balsam Range concert.
On Monday, they sat through the entire 75 minute parade without any trouble. I'm excited for this to become a tradition that they'll love as much as other Canton-ites have for generations!
